Mumbai Airport shut till 7pm due to Cyclone Nisarga
Operations at #Mumbai Airport have been shut between 2:30pm and 7pm after a Fedex aircraft overshot following heavy rains and winds amid landfall of #Cyclone #Nisarga.
"#Fedex MD11 aircraft (N583FE) was involved in a runway excursion on #runway 14 at Mumbai on Wednesday. The aircraft has gone out of runway end by 9 meters. There is no reported damage to #aircraft infrastructure and aircraft," a national daily quoted a senior official as saying.
